I'm a copy cat too!
Tonight I made the salsa-cream cheese chicken and the deep dish apple pie. Both were excellent and very easy. I did cheat though and used the ALL fat Blue Bell with the apple pie, I also drizzled some warm caramel sauce over the top. Mmmmm!! Not very figure friendly but my figure isn't looking too friendly right now anyway :-)

Are you sure there aren't twins in there?
As far as I know there is just the one. Will find out more in about a month........
