Club crackers
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup sugar
1 t. vanilla
Chopped pecans--I like chopped fine
Line a cookie sheet with foil.
Spread 42 crackers on bottom of cookie sheet.
Mix butter and sugar in a sauce pan and bring to a boil and boil 2 minutes
Add 1 t. vanilla to mixture
Spread over crackers with knife.
Spread pecans over the sugar mixture so it is evenly
Bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees
Break apart crackers in the cracker shape. Yum!
