We grilled chicken on Saturday night! I used McCormick's Grill Mates: Baja Citrus! I was a little concerned that it wouldn't be good and a little soo sweet, but it was really good. I marinated it for a couple of hours.
Before I marinated the chicken, I pounded the meat with my meat tenderizer. I cover it with wax paper and then used the tenderizer. Basically it is a metal hammer like thing that has a flat side and a tenderizer side.
The chicken was thinner, easier to grill and TENDER!
