Steak House quality baked potatoes
Use a good quality baking potatoe. I used Russet potatoes. Scrub the potatoes and get all the dirt off and towel dry. Pre-heat oven to 375. Place a piece of aluminum foil, shiny side up on a baking sheet. Generously pierce the potatoes all over. Rub the potatoes with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt. Place potatoes on the aluminum foil baking sheet. Bake for 45 minutes. After 45 minutes, turn the potatoe and sprinkle the other 1/2 with sea salt and bake for another 45 minutes. When the potatoes are done they will pop right out of their skins and the flesh is soft and delicious. Serve with all of your favorite toppings.
