Ingredients for @24 cookies:
1 box cake mix (any flavor)
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
1 egg
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients/
2. Form into balls.
3. Roll in confectioner's sugar.
4. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
5. Cool in pan a few minutes before removing.
I use parchment paper on my pans and then add the cookies. The remove so much easier that way. I got this recipe from someone who works with Jeff. She has made all different flavors. I saw a cake mix that was triple chocolate fudge... that sounds like it would be good in this recipe. I have never made them so not sure about the yield of a box of cake mix
